Project Analysis:

The team goes directly into the preliminary requirement analysis as soon as a customer begins to discuss his requirements. Detailed conversations with clients, client emails and attachments, discussion notes, online chat, model sites/applications, and so on are all instances of input. The work plan, the cost, the team requirements, the hardware-software needs, the supporting paperwork, and the approval are the end results.

Building Preliminary Specifications: 

Preliminary specifications are established by taking into account all aspects of the need. The specification should include all of the site's elements, including the fundamental structure, site navigation, and dynamic sections. Larger projects will require more consulting to evaluate additional commercial and technical requirements. After the preliminary document has been reviewed and accepted, a formal proposal is prepared that defines the scope of the project, including responsibilities, dates, and costs. The analytical team's reports are used as input. As an output, individuals and clients will obtain detailed requirement specifications.

Once the completed proposal, money, and any written content materials and graphics you desire to include have been received, work on the website will begin. In most cases, the layouts and navigation are designed as a prototype. Some customers may only be interested in seeing a fully functional prototype. We may need to illustrate the application's or site's interaction in this case. Customers, on the other hand, are more likely to want to view two or three designs that include all of the images and navigation.

Content Writing:

We do not give content writing services for the website at this time. Our clients often provide the basic material for their desired site or do so utilising the Admin panel we develop for them in the case of dynamic websites.

Now it's up to the programmers to provide their code while keeping the design in mind. Unlike traditional design, the developer must be familiar with the user interface, and the code should not detract from the appearance of the site or application. As a result, the developer must be knowledgeable with the site's design and navigation. The template should be used in the code if the site is dynamic.

Testing:

Because they will always run as a multi-user system with bandwidth limits, web-based apps, unlike software, require considerable testing.

Creating meta tags, conducting continual analysis, and submitting the URL to search engines and directories are all part of promotion. Because search engine methods are constantly changing, site promotion is usually a continuous process. Submitting a site's URLs every two months can be a decent submission policy. If the customer accepts, paid clicks and paid submissions can be done for a price.

Maintenance and Updating:

To keep websites current, they will need to be maintained and updated on a regular basis. In such case, we'll have to redo the analysis as well as the rest of the life cycle operations. While the system is being serviced, bug fixes can be made. Depending on the complexity of your website and the demands of your business, ongoing promotion, technical maintenance, content management and upgrading, site visit activity reports, and staff training are necessary on a regular basis.
